Curls Bartling P.C.’s Client wins Deal of the Year!
December 2010
One of Curls Bartling’s clients, Southern California Public Power Authority won The Bond Buyer’s Deal of the Year award on December 9, 2010 for its $237.2 million Milford Wind Corridor Project financing, for which Curls Bartling served as co-bond counsel.
Under the appointment, Curls Bartling will serve as disclosure counsel on any public finance transactions undertaken by the State Public Works Board from the date of appointment until June 30, 2011.
